Operating room: $1.4M to convert a minor procedure room
Signs: two lit ground signs, two lit wall signs and a lit canopy sign, $185,000
Why more signs: it sits in a residential district, and its sign company says strict rules make the emergency and other entrances hard to mark
Status: the town has asked for more information on both applications
Earlier: a $9.9M emergency department addition, permitted in 2025, now has its occupancy certificate.
