- Kitchen: median $60,000 across 92 kitchen remodels filed in the past year; the middle half ran from $33,275 to $115,250. A year earlier the median was $69,500.
- Bathroom: median $33,000 across 97 bathroom remodels; the middle half ran from $21,000 to $67,120.
- Roof: median $16,385 across 141 roof jobs, up from $13,882 the year before.
- Windows: median $18,724 across 109 window replacements; the middle half ran from $7,054 to $37,522.
